Eliza and Nick | Romantic Mt Rubidoux Engagement Photographer

This is the second part of Eliza and Nick’s engagement photography session at Mt. Rubidoux in Riverside, California. Part one of their engagement session was done at Los Angeles Art District. For the second part, the majority of photos are in wide angle to also capture the beautiful landscape.

We met at Fairmount Park, then made our way over to the parking at the bottom of Mt. Rubidoux.  Eliza and Nick are both a bit shy, but really fun and easy to work with especially on their second session with me. The Mt Rubidoux hike is about 3 miles long with an approximate elevation gain of 500ft. An average healthy person can make this hike in approximately 30-40 minutes at moderate pace. The trail is paved and easy to walk on, and pets are allowed but must be on a leash. At the top of Mt Rubidoux, the most recognizable landmark to me would be the Testimonial Peace Tower, and possibly the bridge. The view is beautiful at the top overlooking Riverside city. The sunset is spectacular especially when it’s slightly cloudy.

Below are some of my favorite wide angle shots from Eliza and Nick’s engagement photography session at Mt Rubidoux.
